MobilityLink was founded by Dr. Esther Risch, a clinical pharmacist with more than 15 years of experience working alongside physicians and care teams to manage chronic conditions, improve medication adherence, and support patients through complex health journeys. That clinical background shapes how we operate: we don’t just move people from point A to point B — we understand why the ride matters, and we treat every trip as part of a patient’s larger care plan.

We provide both non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and non-medical transportation across Central Texas, serving Medicaid members, Managed Care Organization (MCO) patients, VA patients, and private-pay clients. Our services include:
